One day, Bessie was exploring the farm when she saw a group of children playing. She had never seen children before, and she was very curious about them.
Bessie walked over to the children, and they were all very surprised to see her. They had never seen a baby cow before, either.
"Hello," said one of the children. "What's your name?"
"My name is Bessie," said the cow.
"It's nice to meet you, Bessie," said the child. "What are you doing here?"
"I'm exploring the farm," said Bessie. "I've never seen children before, and I was very curious about you."
The children laughed. "We're just playing," said one of the children. "Would you like to join us?"
Bessie was so excited! She had never played with children before, and she was eager to try it.
Bessie played with the children all day long. They played tag, hide-and-seek, and even had a picnic. Bessie had so much fun, and she made some new friends.
At the end of the day, Bessie was tired, but she was also very happy. She had learned that children were fun to play with, and she was glad that she had met them.
Bessie went back to the barn and told her mother all about her day. Her mother was so happy that Bessie had made some new friends.
Bessie and the children played together every day after that. They had so much fun, and they became best friends.
