One day, Squeak was playing in the forest when he saw a group of humans camping. The humans had a fire going, and Squeak was very curious about it. He had never seen fire before, and he wanted to know what it was. Squeak crept closer to the fire, and he was just about to touch it when he heard a voice. Squeak turned around and saw a big, mean-looking dog. The dog was growling at Squeak, and Squeak was very scared.
"I won't hurt you," the dog said. "I'm just trying to help."
The dog's name was Sparky, and he was a fire dog. Sparky's job was to put out fires, and he knew a lot about fire safety.
Sparky told Squeak all about fire, and Squeak learned a lot. He learned that fire is hot, that it can burn things, and that it can be dangerous.
Squeak also learned that fire can be used for good, like cooking food or keeping warm. He learned that fire is a powerful force, but it can be controlled if you know how to use it safely.
Squeak was very grateful to Sparky for teaching him about fire safety. He knew that he would be much safer now that he knew what to do around fire.
Squeak and Sparky became friends, and they often played together in the forest. Squeak learned a lot from Sparky, and he was a much safer squirrel because of it.
The end.
